Donato De Santis is a chef-entrepreneur from Puglia, who after a long experience in Italy achieved great success with his restaurants in Buenos Aires and then became a true celebrity throughout Argentina. We met him in his hometown, in Tricase in Salento, to get to know in depth, through a different perspective, one of the symbolic fruits of the Mediterranean. The result was a true masterclass on the uses of olives and EVO oil.
